It's an amazing sight - and dozens of people were treated to a look recently out on the sidewalk.

Bud Wertheim of the Catskill Astronomy Club provided powerful telescopes with solar filters for the Solar Viewing.

Here Brittnie and Ana take a look at our closest star! Fiery sunspots were visible to the discerning eye.
